The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report for the past 10 days includes multiple investigations and arrests.

Incident reports:

On Monday, deputies opened an investigation into a diesel fuel theft and attempted break-in south of the Grand River along Highway 65. The person discovered that a work vehicle had been stolen from the diesel fuel and attempted to enter a locked equipment container. The investigation is continuing.

Most Wanted:

Last Friday, Caldwell County authorities: Arrested 36-year-old Chamen Richard Bell on a Livingston County warrant for allegedly breaching bail conditions for alleged burglary and harassment. Bond set at $20,000

On Saturday, Jackson County authorities arrested 28-year-old Brent Anthony David Morris on a Livingston County warrant for alleged domestic assault with bail set at $10,000 cash.

Drayton Lee Williams, 26, was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for allegedly breaching bond conditions for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond set at $20,000.

On Tuesday, St. Louis authorities arrested Kalup Woodson, 31, of St. Louis on a Livingston County warrant for allegedly breaching bail conditions on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault – Special Victim. Bond set at $20,000.

Sasha M. Campos, 42, was arrested in Bedford on a Livingston County warrant on Tuesday for an alleged violation of probation on a charge of allegedly failing to appear in court. Bond set at $20,000.

Wednesday:
Larry Bryan Luke Steiner, 26, of Cameron, has been added to the most wanted list on a Livingston County warrant for alleged violation of probation on theft of motor vehicle/watercraft/aircraft. Bond set at $20,000.

Canda Beth Smith, 37, of Trenton, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged non-appearance on a non-support charge, total arrears exceeding 12 monthly payments. Bond set at $5,000.

Kimberly S. Brandes, 53, of Chillicothe, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. Bond set at $10,000 in cash.

Stephanie M. Masterssmith, 30, of Carrollton, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged violation of probation for theft of $750 or MORE. Bond set at $20,000.

De Von’ta William Bigby, 30, of Liberty, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged harassment. Bond set at $5,000.

Christopher Lee Mason, 43, of Chillicothe, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for allegedly disobeying a judge’s order on a charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. The link is denied.

Deputies arrested 27-year-old Daquan O. Pierce of Chicago on a Livingston County warrant on Wednesday for alleged violation of probation for unlawful use of a map scanner and speeding 26 or more over the speed limit. The link is denied.

Added May 26, 2022:

Eunice L. Caselman, 47, of Hale, is wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear in court for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond set at $10,000.

Other arrests:

At approximately 6:15 a.m. Saturday, the LCSO was summoned to Route 190 for a vehicle partially on the road with the driver slumped over the steering wheel. Deputies arrested Seth Wayne Riddle, 24, of Chillicothe, for suspected DWI. He was arrested and released on summons.

On Monday, deputies arrested Quentin Blake Bassett, 27, of Ludlow, when he surrendered on a Chillicothe Municipal Arrest Warrant for alleged failure to appear. He posted bond and was released with a new court date.

On Monday, deputies extradited Jackson County Sheriff‘s Drayton Lee Williams.

On Wednesday, the 20-year-old deputies extradited Mercedeze Norris from the state of Kansas.

Both are being held at Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending posting of bond.
