By Cara Salvatore (March 31, 2022, 3:33 p.m. EDT) — A federal jury in Kansas City unanimously cleared Warden Grier LLP of liability Thursday in a lawsuit accusing the small law firm of negligent response to a data breach .

The jury dismissed a lawsuit from a Warden Grier client, Hiscox Insurance, which claimed the company had to pay more than $1.3 million for data analytics and legal fees the insurer was obligated to pay to hire.
