NEW IMPRISONS

Natasha E. Arnold, 41, Herington, was transferred May 10 to Marion County Jail for failing to appear in court and on a warrant from Herington City Court. Released Saturday after posting $5,250 in bond. Previously jailed on February 10 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Daniel J. Billinger, 23, Wichita, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court. Released Friday after posting $1,000 bond.

William P. Castleberry, 44, Burns, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy for assault and battery. Released an hour later after posting $500 bond.

Pedro D. Martinez, 43, Sedgwick, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of drug and marijuana distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia and on warrant for failing to appear in court and regarding supervision of obligations in an out-of-county matter. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Bryce A. Naerebout, 23, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of drunk driving. Released six hours later after posting $2,500 bond. Previously imprisoned four times for a total of six days since January 29, 2019, for violating probation and suspected of underage drinking, speeding, domestic battery and boating underage. drunk.

Zachary T. Nickel, 20, Marion, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating his probation. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 217 days since November 15, 2019, including on court order and on suspicion of assault on a school employee, robbery and drunk driving.

Broch A. Rogers, 29, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for 48 hours by court order. Previously jailed four times for a total of 1,102 days since March 18, 2018, including on court order and on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal duress, breach of protective order and breach of his probation .

Mystery S. Prieto, 39, Peabody, jailed Monday for 48 hours by court order. Previously jailed on December 13 and 14, he was suspected of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Molly B. Schofield, 36, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of drug possession, driving without a valid license and more than one driving while her license was cancelled, suspended or revoked. Held in lieu of $5,000 bond. Previously jailed on May 2, 2022 on suspicion of violating her probation and on September 3, 2020 on suspicion of drug distribution, possession of two other drugs and driving while her license was cancelled, suspended or revoked.

Todd P. Singley, 45, Newton, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated assault. Released 11 hours later after posting $5,000 bond.

Eric J. Williams, 34, Peabody, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy for twice failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $25,000 bond. Previously imprisoned 21 times for a total of 132 days since December 21, 2017, twice by court order, once for contempt of court, and also for failing to appear in court 13 times, for having bail revoked, suspected of four times violating his probation and suspected of driving without a valid license; heist; criminal damage to property; running away from law enforcement; possession of drugs, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; and driving while his license has been cancelled, suspended or revoked.
