Animal neglect and abandonment is a real problem
,even in Valley County. Thankfully we have not only the Hi-Line
Animal Rescue group, but also the Valley County Cat Resource people to
watch out for the well being of these Canine and Feline Victims.
If you have time to spare, I know these people
